We check the repair and performance quality of your service partners.

For that purpose we prepare test vehicles with defects and pay visits to the outlets of your service partners. This way we can check the complete process from customer advice to defect assessment.

When carrying out workshop tests we cooperate with the TÜV Rheinland Group, the undisputed institution for technical checks. A motor vehicle assessor from the TÜV will be present when the vehicle is picked up and renders an expert opinion about the remedial action. A TÜV certificate for certified workshop quality can be awarded.

Alternatively we carry out service checks. The vehicles are prepared with simple defects. The focus of the checks is to test the service processes and the behaviour of the service staff.
