Basis expert talks
We carry out expert talks with the people in charge of production. In the process we analyse the complete scope of products in the respective market. Each single product is discussed with the relevant suppliers.We determine the market volumes in terms of both units and value. We validate the figures in the discussions, concentrate and concisely document them.
Basis consumer surveys
Additionally we survey information about the purchase and service behaviour of customers, ask for their budgets as well as the frequency of purchases and service.
